- 1 cup (226g) low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb (453g) 93% lean floor turkey
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped

- 7 (6 oz/170g) lasagna noodles, damaged into 2-inch (5-cm) items
- 1 cup (113g) part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Set the cottage cheese out at room temperature whereas making the sauce and noodles. Warmth the oil in a big (12–14-in/30-35-cm) skillet over medium-high warmth. Add the turkey, onion and bell pepper, and prepare dinner, stirring and breaking apart the meat sometimes, till the turkey is browned, 8 minutes.
